I did mine, but emails coming from outside my domain is not receiving my auto-reply. When a staff member send me an email, she did receive my auto-reply, when I send one from my outside email to my work email, I did not receive it. And this is happening to all my users.
Any help?
A little bit about my system.
2 email servers, a primary(mail.co.com) and a secondary server(zimbra.mail.co.com).
Zimbra is the secondary server and the zimbra domain is zimbra.mail.co.com
My actual email domain is mail.co.com.
zimbra is the incoming smtp and mail.co.com is the outgoing smtp. Everything else is working fine right now except for the auto-reply. Users can receive and send email fine.
