mail stuck in deferred queue with smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024 errors

HI

we are using ZCS FOSS 5.0.13. the server is running fine usually but everyday at one point of time (11:30 IST) the mail started getting deferred showing error of "smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024 ".

after 20 minutes it start delivering and achieve its normal state soon.

pls. suggest where should we look or how we can get rid of this issues.

There isn't enough detail o offer any advice so you should look in the log files and see what errors are there.
