| | | Assuming you are not running rsync while the Zimbra backup is running (sorry, but had to ask!) please be sure you are running rsync as root and try turning off rsync's compression (no -z switch), like so: Code: rsync -avH /opt/zimbra/backup /foreign_backup_target > /tmp/rsync_output_log.txt There are a number of reasons why this could be happening, but on the presumption that your hard disks are indeed OK, please try this and let us know
