Zindus produces a permission denied

hi all,

i am running zindus 0.8.14 within Thunderbird 3.0.1, it syncronizie about 4000Contacts against Zimbra 5.0.18.
I created today a new Adressbook within Zimbra and tried to Sync with Thunderbird.

No the syncronisation doesn't work and i get the following error in mailboxd.log

what could be the cause of this? where is a permission missing.

Does this user have permission to access the GAL?

If not, the options are:
a) give the zimbra user access to the GAL
b) configure the addon not to ask for the GAL (Thunderbird Tools/Zindus/Edit)

If that doesn't explain it, have a look in the logfile - very likely the explanation will be there, or if you can't make sense of it, file a bug report.

GAL access can be enabled/disabled in the admin interface - both 'class of service' and per account.

The User has GAL Access and Zindus was able to sync that befor i created the new Adressbooks below of existing Adressbooks.
I wanted this Adressbooks to get syncronized. I will try to delete the adressbooks and check if the sync works afterwards.

Another possibility - has permission been revoked on a shared addressbook?

The answer will be in the logfile. What is the SOAP request to which Zimbra is responding PERM_DENIED?

hi,

currently i cant check the notebook with zindus.

but i didn't revoke any permissions.

In the mailbox.log it is NOT listed, what folder has Permission denied.

after the Erorr message i also cant recognize, what folder has insufficient permission.

Hard to debug from server side only. ie without access to client.
