Delivery Receipts

Is there a way to disable responses to delivery(or read) receipts. When people request them from my users I don't want a response to be sent out? I'm looking around the wiki and forums and cannot fin an answer.

Disable it in the Admin UI/Class of Service.

I've unchecked Enable read receipts under features. That's all I see. So my server should no longer send out responses when people ask for a delivery receipt?
