Fordware to SMTP

I have installed zimbra on ubuntu and so far I worked perfectly but now I want all mail traffic is redirected to another SMTP server that servers were actually some spam filters and anti-virus.

You can make that ? and if possible as it could set up?

Do you mean that you require both inbound and outbound email to go through a different server ? Perhaps you could explain in more detail what you are trying to achieve.
