Default Mails build up in Active Queue

Hello,

Since past 3 hours mails are building up in Active queue.
$postfix reload somehow reduces them, and I receive a mail which was sent 1 hour earlier, but the Active queue us still at 1000+

Outgoign mails are also stuck. Had sent a mail to Google 2 hours ago, and it has still not reached.

Please help.

I have not come across any errors. Just keeps putting it in queue.
I thought of disabling anti virus just to check if clamav is causing any problem.
That is when it gave an error while saving that Trusted MTA IP addresses are not correct and does not allow to change anything. I am using this config since months now with no problem.

Checked with [zimbra@nirvana ~]$ postconf mynetworks
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
It shows what it has been till now. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is my IP address.

After changing it to /32 I get postfix/qmgr[9013]: F2D41E6B0199: to=<user@remotedomain.com>, relay=none, delay=4606, delays=4521/84/0/0, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (mail transport unavailable)

Back to same status. Incoming has started after a delay. But no outgoing mails to GMail, etc. Active queue number keeps rising.
