Default Getting system failure error during Asterisk zimlets configuration

Hello All,

I have downloaded the ch_bnc_asterisk.zip file from sourceforge.I have installed it according to the install.txt, but when I ran "zmzimletctl configure /tmp/ch_bnc_asterisk_config.xml" command I got the following error::

After so much googling I didn't find the appropriate answer.
Can Anyone help me out with this.
