If you wish internal -> internal email to go via Postini then I do not believe that will be possible. The other scenarios are fine and can be achieving by setting your external MX to point to Postini; that must be set up to then relay back to your Zimbra Server. And for outbound email from Zimbra you would set the MTA relay in the Admin GUI to point to Postini; and disable DNS lookups.

My zimbra server has one domain syscomusa.com

And for outbound email from Zimbra you would set the MTA relay in the Admin GUI to point to Postini; and disable DNS lookup - This was setup

My problem is all the syscomusa.com user send email directly to user's mailbox not to Postini filtered and then come back to zimbra mailbox
- so you saying that this can't be accomplishing
- what about setting up sender_relay in main.cf

Zimbra looks at zimbraMailTransport, per user, from within LDAP. By default that is set lmtp:<yourserverfqdn>:7025; so you could try on one user changing that to point to Postini but what I would get will happen is that you will get a mail loop.

It will be a mail loop if mail comes back to MTA. Better configure postini to directly inject mail to users mailbox via lmtp.
