Large message can't display in web platform

Version : Release 6.0.4_GA_2038.RHEL5_20091214191028 CentOS5 FOSS edition.


We are using web interface for our users to collect email, we found that once the email in a large size(1M+), sometimes the email can't display normally, even clicking the "View entire message" the message still display a blank page.

But when I using Zimbra Desktop to connect and view the same email, it can display normally.

Anyone have any idea with it ?

But the email is sent by Outlook express and also it's not contain any attachment -- just the message body for 1M size. Is that fitting this bug ?

By the way seem not much people facing large size email content problem?
I did search the forum for the large size message content handleing but it seem not much people report for this problem.

My client is a heavy email using company which daily incoming mail over 1000+ per user, with message size mostly around 500K. I am afraid this problem will drive me crazy in the upcoming support period....
