Deligated Admin COS Access

Hi guys,

I would like to give domain administrators the rights to assign a specific COS when they add accounts to Zimbra. Since they are not able to do this right now the accounts will be assigned the default COS of the domain. How might I configure grants for admins to have the ability to assign a COS for an account.
