Status shows Red X after adding mailbox server

I added a new mailbox server and all I get from the status is a row of red x's and I get this error when I log into the admin console

Server error encountered Message: error while proxying request to target server: Connection refused Error code: service.PROXY_ERROR Method: BatchRequest Details:soap:Receiver

I am sure I have done something wrong.

Ubuntu 8.0.4
ZCS 6.0.5

We are having a similar issue. After upgrading to 6.0.4_GA_2038.SLES10_64_20091214220839 SLES10_64 NETWORK edition.
