Upgrade from 5.0.11

I'm currently running community version 5.0.11.
Can I upgrade directly to the current community version without having to install any interim versions?

You would be better upgrading to the last community build of the ZCS 5 series; and then upgrade to V6. Do not forget to take backups!

I'm not sure if there were multiple version 5 upgrades since my 5.0.11. Can I go directly from 5.0.11 to the last version 5 upgrade? Then from there to whatever the current version 6 is?

You don't need to do individual upgrades for each point release unless there's something in the release notes that would preclude it.
