Default Error at Admin Page

Hi,

I have encountered this error when clicking User Account link at the Zimbra Admin page.
Message: Unknown Error
Error code: AjxException.UNKNOWN_ERROR
Method: AjxRpc.prototype._invoke
Details:[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIXMLHttpRequest.send]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: https://email.kukum.edu.my:7071/zimb...v=060626101329 :: anonymous :: line 126" data: no]
Any ideas. Thanx.

How interesting.

Could you post your log (/var/log/zimbra.log), your audit log (/opt/zimbra/log/audit.log), and your stacktrace log (/opt/zimbra/log/zimbra.log)?

Is this a one time thing or does it happen all the time? Also, are you trying to view the user's mail, or edit the user's properties?

Thanks

It is a one time thing. I was at the statistic page and I clicked the User account link. Then the error came.

This means the web client can't contact the server. Do you have any odd routing or firewall between your Zimbra server and your web client? Did you change the Zimbra port or modify tomcat in anyway?

I am using zimbra default configuration. The server sits in a secure VLAN with limited ports going in/out. The core switch and firewall have been reconfigured. Things works normally now!

Thanx.
