Have you tried regenerating the Certificates (as covered in several forum posts)? If you haven't go to the Main Page - Zimbra :: Wiki and follow the article instructions for regenerating the Certificates.

I found this but it for 4.x.x ro 5.x.x can i use this for 6.0.5

Default ulimit open files?
This could be due to the open file limits

under zimbra type ulimit -a and see the number allowed of open files
