[SOLVED] getting a lot of spam email

Hi , we are getting a lot of spam email.
This is obviously from outside the as the content is rather unsuitable,
but it is made to appear from other members of staff in order that the email is opened.
We JUNK the message immediately but better that it is not received in the first place.

Are you able to post the headers from one of the emails ? Which RBLs are you using ?
