Default get all permissions on other users'folders for an user

Hi everyone,

I tried to search into the forums, but I got a lot of results, therefore I am not completely sure that this question wasn't asked. So, sorry in advance!

I was wondering if there is a way to understand to which folders of other users a certain user could have access to.
To be more explicit, I would like to write a zimlet that helps a user to list his rights on shared folders of other users, and to mount them without using the email notifications.

Do you think this is possible in both version 5 and 6?

thanks!

doesn't this functionality exist in 6.0? The share discovery under preferences?

First of all, thanks for the reply.

I must admit I am still using version 5, and I am just exploring 6.

But, from my preliminary experiences, it seems to me that the function relies on email notifications, or am I wrong? My idea (even if I would need to develop a JSP, for instance) would be to create a list of folders (contained in any mailbox) where some permissions are granted to the active user.

I hope to have clarified my idea...
