Default zimbra crash after 8-18 hours running

Hi all!

I have a strange trouble. When I start zimbra (zmcontrol start), it crash after 8-18 hours running. It can crash after 8 hours or something it take 18 hours. When it crash, zmcontrol status return this:

Quote:
zmcontrol status

antispam Running
antivirus Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Stopped
zmmailboxdctl is not running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Stopped
If I try zmcontrol stop and zmcontrol start, all work until 8 or 18 hours.

Do you have any idea?? I'm running :

Quote:
zmcontrol -v
Release 5.0.2_GA_1975.RHEL5_20080130221917 CentOS5 FOSS edition
Thanks

Well, I suppose the question would be why does it crash? Have you looked in the log files for a clue? You might also want to post some details about your hardware specifications especially the amount of RAM. How many users on this server and are they all Web UI users or IMAP? Has the problem just started happening or has it always happened, did it start after upgrading your operating system or hardware? Have you considered upgrading to the most recent 6.x release?

Please update your forum profile with the output of the following:

Code:
zmcontrol -v

Hi,

The server has 2GB of Ram. Most of my users (4000 registred) use IMAP. Generaly, I have between 100 and 200 users connected by imap and 1 to 10 by webmail.

I didn't change my configuration. I installed zimbra a year ago and all update I did was using
Quote:
yum update
Zimbra starting to crash last week. Today it's worst. It crash after 20 minutes.

What happened last week, did you update your server? I also asked you to: a) update your forum profile - please do that; and b) have a look in the log files for errors - it's almost impossible to give you any advice until you tell us what errors there are. I also asked what the specification of the server was, can you give some details.
