Default Zimbra as a relay host - some ISPs seems to block our mails

I've configured ZCS as a relay host like in this how to:

Outgoing SMTP Authentication - Zimbra :: Wiki

Mostly it works fine, but it seems that some ISPs are blocking our mails.
Any ideas how to fix this?

That isn't setting Zimbra as a rleay, it's using your ISP as the relay.

Not really, you haven't told us anything about the ISPs that block you nor the reason for being blocked - that would be a staring point.
