Question Package conflict with Zimbra

Is there a list of rpm, application, and system settings that conflict with Zimbra and possibly the connection of ZDesktop.

We just rebuilt this server, and we have about half our clients that use the zdesktop, cannot get their ZDesktop to connect. It just sits there flashing those red round icons until it finally times out and say it cannot connect.

I kknow SELinux will mess it up. The firewall and selinux both have been disabled.

Do you see any sort of connection in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log and audit.log ? Are they even getting that far ? Which version of ZDesktop ?

Yes they are connecting according to the log files..... But they desktops just sit there. The clients on Mac machines, can get theirs to opne and send and recieve, but the briefcases will not load the content. They go through the motions of uploading and and the file never makes it up to the folder.
