Limit for users / domains

Hi,

Simple thing. How can I limit an account to say, no more than 300 outbound emails a day?

Is it also possible to limit in terms of traffic? Say 250Mb per day per domain. I can easily do this with my other mail severs but can't find out how to do this with Zimbra. It's really essential to prevent some virus infected user splatting 1000's of email across the web.
