Zimbra ZWC Documents Notify option question

When in ZWC and using Documents as a wiki solution I see an option for notify when I am editing a page in a notebook. I assummed that this option is to notify all users you are sharing the notebook with, telling them that there has been a change in that page.

However when I click on this option it never allows me to select the notify button in the dialog box that pops up.

Is the notify option used for this way? What am I doing wrong and how do you use the notify button.
