The only way would be to clear the metadata within the underlying MySQL database. If this is not a serious problem I would wait till the next ZCS update.

You can set zimbraContactRankingTableSize on the account to 0 and leave it for a day or two, then the table will clean up itself.

Yes it is on the CoS so you can see what it is set for a account with
    Code:
    su - zimbra
    zmprov ga user@domain.com zimbraContactRankingTableSize

    I used command:
    zmprov ga user@domain.com zimbraContactRankingTableSize 0
    and
    zmprov ga user@domain.com zimbraContactRankingTableSize = 0
    but all times returns:
    zimbraContactRankingTableSize: 40

    Code:
    zmprov ma user@domain.com zimbraContactRankingTableSize 0
GA = Get Account, MA = Modify Account. You should familiarize yourself with the zmprov syntax.

After a few days the auto-complete should have cleared; once that happens you will need to modify the account again and set the value back to 40.

No problem we are here to help

Today i set back but still wrong autocomplete.
Interesting that in address search names are correct.

I tested a little and i have problems with these accounts where i have sent messages ant then renamed that account name or deleted. Old account name shows in autocomplete. Users who have not sent mails to this modifyed account, has correct autocomplete.
