okay thanks for merging..

This is log :

InnoDB: A new raw disk partition was initialized or
InnoDB: innodb_force_recovery is on: we do not allow
InnoDB: database modifications by the user. Shut down
InnoDB: mysqld and edit my.cnf so that newraw is replaced
InnoDB: with raw, and innodb_force_... is removed.

Looks like your database is in crash recovery mode so you should review Mysql Crash Recovery - Zimbra :: Wiki.

Thank you.. I dont the Crash Recovery as per the above link..

Now i can run the delete query without any error,

But zimbra server not working.. while i restarting the server i cant start the zimbra mailbox service...

Did you shut mysql down after fixing it ? You should also check /var/log/zimbra.log and /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log for any other error messages.
