We have Zimbra reverse http/s proxy configured. All the mailbox servers are now firewalled off from users as everything they do goes through the proxy server now.
However, external IM clients can no longer connect to the Zimbra IM. Is that this bug?
yeah. i saw something else recently too that mentioned expanding nginx to support more protocols in the next (7.0) version of zimbra and it specifically mentioned xmpp
