    Default ROOT full version 5.0.2

My root partition is 99% full. I know very little about Zimbra and it was installed by someone that no longer works here. How do I know what I can cleanup and safely remove? I'm using Zimbra with Broadsoft. I don't know what other information to give so please ask and I'll find the anwser. Any guidance and help will be much appreciated, thanks.

OH, i'm finding that by deleting voice mails from Boradsoft that are over 90 days and excessive I'm regaining disk space.

Is this Zimbra Desktop or a Zimbra Collaboration Suite Server?

How do I know or find out. I looked at Help, and it says collaboration Suite.

Well the main difference is one is an application installed on a users computer (ZD), while the other is installed on a server which people access over the web.

If that doesn't clear it up you can try something like this:
In the interface you should have a search bar at the top, type this into it
    Code:
    $set:get version
and it will pop up a dialog box.

For the server (ZWC) it will show something like this:
    Code:
    Client Information

    Client Version: 6.0.3_GA_1915.UBUNTU8_64
    Client Release: 20091118125312
        Build Date: 20091118-1302
while the desktop will show this:
    Code:
    Client Information

    Client Version: 0.0
    Client Release: build
        Build Date: 20090827-1659

Moved the thread to the right forum then

Some things that you can look into for clearing up disk space:
In /var/log/ there will be quite a few log files that you can delete if you no longer need them. You can safely delete files that end in .gz or .bz2 as these are archived versions of the files.

As for the Zimbra directory itself there probably isn't much that you can remove. If this is a network edition install you might have backups stored in /opt/zimbra/backup. If you feel you no longer need these they can be archived on other storage, or deleted.

You can also look in /opt/zimbra/log and delete any archived logs there.

Thank you. Okay, so I don't have a clue what I'm doing but I really appreciate your help. I looked and yes there are files there I can clean-up. I will get the Documentation on this and start studying. Thanks again for your Help.
