Question com.zimbra.common.service.ServiceException: permission denied: need admin token

re-hello,

My problem on an actual Zimbra 6.0.4_GA production setup :

- user "adm@zimbra.example.com" can connect as domain admin
- user "om@zimbra.example.com" cannot connect as domain admin

User rights are exactely the same, according to web-interface. Only difference is that "adm" is a brand new user, and that "om" a migrated user from another server (with zmbackup/zmrestore). Both are members of the ressource_da_account@zimbra.example.com distribution list.

When I connect as user "om", I get this nice error on the zimbra.log (and a never-ending "Loading ..." display in the browser).

Even if I give "zimbraIsAdminAccount" rights to this user it remains the same.
Is there any better way to try to solve/debug that issue ? I need to give admin rights to "old" users...

Thanks & regards, Olivier
