Default spam to junk not working

Hello,

I ave problem with spam messages. They are no delivered to spam folder. This is log for one spam message. Where to start searching for an answer?

Why is that a problem? According to that log entry the message was discarded and that's what happens when it exceeds the kill threshold. Why do you think it should be in the Junk folder?

I updated profile.

About my post, I have over 300 spam messages today. Every single one is discarded. This can not be ok. Whey some of them are not in users Junk folder?

It's impossible to say why they're being discarded without seeing the headers for some of them.

I do not need for spam messages to be dscarted I need tham in Junk folder. That is what I am asking for.

As you're on 5.0.9 Zimbra will have been discarding them since you installed it, if you'd like to search the forums there are several threads in the forums that tell you how to change the behaviour.
