Question Unknown access

receiving a mail (spoofed) from my own account and landed up in my spam folder
Please help on further.

81.80.32.160 is not my client IP . Please help

Receiving spam that is spoofed as being from you is quite common. They didn't authenticate as your user according to the logs you posted, so there's nothing to worry about there.

Search the forums (and the internet) for the word 'backscatter', you'll find some details on how to improve the anti-spam system against backscatter.

I can find that such mails have been sent to a no.of accounts and landed in their SPAM folder.
Does this mean security issues or bad set up//
