Default Help getting flooded with bounced messages!

So, there is apparently a virus running on someone's machine. It appears to be sending emails to random email addresses but it happens to be using my email address as the sender. Totally sucks, my server is getting killed with all the incoming bounced email messages.

Any idea how I can protect myself from these? At least keep them from getting into my Inbox or something?

Just to be clear, the virus is not running on any of my machines...

Ah, didn't even know the term.

So, the effective thing to do is to add my systems IP address as a proxy_interface in the main.cf file?
