Default Add External Account Button Missing

I ran into a weird situation. I need to add an external account, but there isn't a button to add an external account on the account preferences. I was following the instructions from the Zimbra help file when I found this problem, and I've attached a screenshot of the account preferences screen.

I can't find anything on this, so any help would be appreciated.

Ryan

Go to the admin interface. first go to your account and see what cos you belong to. then go to the cos settings, select the cos you belong to and select the features tab. the 2 features you're looking for are under mail features and they're external imap and external pop3 access
