Default IE treats .docx or pptx as a zip file

Hi,
Firefox is OK in this case. It only affects IE users. Every time they click on the docx or xlsx attachment, a little window pop up and ask them what they want to do; the first choice is to to open the .docx or xlsx as a .zip file. How can I correct this behavior?
Thanks in advance,

This isn't a Zimbra problem, you need to reset the file associations in IE - take your pick from these: IE "file associations" - Yahoo! Search Results

Unhappy Still not working

Hi Bill,
Thanks for responding. Our end-users are still having issues with Office 2007 extension; we've checked the file association and it looks just right. We also tested with other site and it opens right away. Is there other things that I am missing here?
Thanks.

We just had a call from a user about this, too. We're running 6.0.4 NE.

Any solution?

Default Update

Not really. We told users to save their docs as .doc instead of .docx.
