mail delivery issue

Hi Guys,

one of user reported concered that, on 22nd Jan he sent mail to internal domain and which receipent never could recevied and sender havent received any failure delivery.

I checked the logs and found below output :

It didnt get blocked through spam assasin..and i checked my daily report and couldnt find out any entry for this specific mail communication..!!

can any one tell me what happened with this mail communication and where it getting stuck ?
