Question Embeded mailto links

I have client that often gets confirmation emails with embedded mailto links which require them to click on and send acceptance notification.

Here is one such beasty mailto link:
mailto:insertions@stagestores.com?subject=ACCEPTED %20%20P164334&body=I%2C%20%28YOUR%20NAME%20HERE%29 %2C%20representing%20%28YOUR%20PUBLICATION%20NAME% 29%2C%20agree%20to%20the%20terms%20and%20condition s%20shown%20on%20Insertion%20Order%20No%2E%20P1643 34%2E

Zimbra will not process this. How can I get Zimbra to process this? It keeps sending the user to the address book. The mailto link is constructed to created a specific subject and text within the body of the response email.

These links work okay if the entire text is in the email. However, if the mailto link is embedded in a HREF, then it fails. They are always embedded in a HREF.

The whole text works if the preference is set to "View as Text" but not if set to "View as HTML"

Any ideas why?

When using the Desktop App. and the "View as HTML" is set, the Zimbra Desktop alway tries to add it to the Address book.
If I set the "View as Text" it will not do anything.
