Red face [SOLVED] LDAP fails to start

Hi,
I just updated the commercial cert. I verified/deployed it then restart the mailboxctl service. Everything seemed OK untill 15 minutes later that people told me that they were not able to send emails. I saw a bunch of ldap error in the zimbra.log file so I did a zmcontrol stop then start; LDAP never starts from this point. I've already rebooted the server but no luck. Any thoughts? Below is the errors I received...

Starting ldap...Done.

Default Update

Zimbra tech support helped to resolve the problem;
1. remove the /opt/zimbra/ssl/commercial/*
2. redeploy the certificate using /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr deploycrt comm ./my_server.crt ./Equifax_Secure_Certificate_Authority.cer
Still not sure my first try failed though. It could be because I tried to install the cert using GUI then it failed; I switched to command line and it broke. Again, I'm just guessing.
