Default Junk box not downloaded?

Hi,

I notice there is an inconsistency regarding junk mails. Some of our users are complaining that their Outlook didn't download email from Zimbra's junk box yet most of our users do not have this problem. Is there a setting that determine whether junk mails can be downloaded to POP clients?

Thanks, it's works!

Is it possible to set this as default on the server instead of having us to change every user's outlook one by one? Especially when we have many incident whereby some critical emails are missed because Zimbra labelled them as junk and did not get downloaded into Outlook at all.

btw, I notice that while adding {in:junk} in the login name allow downloading of junk emails, it also cause sendmail to stop working, so this is not a permanent solution at all. Please advise.

You should get your users to use IMAP where they can subscribe to the folders they want otherwise they'll have to go through that with POP3 clients.
