    Question IM Status

    Have noticed that the IM Jive status in ZCS does not always show correctly. I have a ZCS buddy who is showing online; yet I know that his workstation is actually shutdown and not connected via ZWC anywhere else. Is there anyway to query ZCS to ascertain how it is viewing the users status ?

    Could it be linked to Bug 36298 - Setting offline is IM auto sets status to away if browser tab is idle
