Default [SOLVED] Zimbra Replica Ldap with Samba access problem

Hi

My current test System:
Zimbra Ldap Master (OSE)
Zimbra Ldap Replica (OSE)
Samba Server

Setup Guides:
Replica Server: Installing a Replica LDAP Server
Samba with Zimbra: UNIX and Windows Accounts in Zimbra LDAP and Zimbra Admin UI 6.0 - Zimbra :: Wiki

I have successfully set up the connection between Ldap Master, Replica and the Samba server.
But i have now a problem to set up new users with "smbpasswd -a user".

Code:
smbpasswd -a root
New SMB password:
Retype new SMB password:
Failed to modify entry for user root.
Failed to modify password entry for user root
I have searched and found out, that if i configure the samba server that it connects directly to the Zimbra Master Server the command works without problems.

Zimbra Master <-> Zimbra Replica <-> Samba -> "smbpasswd -a root" not working
Zimbra Master <-> Samba -> "smbpasswd -a root" working

So it seems for me that the Replica Server has no permissions to change something at the Master Server.

Is there a way to change this behavior?

I believe this is by design. The LDAP replica contains a read-only replica of the master LDAP database.

And there is absolute no way to change this? If this is so the Master - Replica design is useless for me. With this configuration the domain users event cant login without errors. Password changing from the Windows client is also not possible.
I have one master Zimbra server and on each destination one replica with Samba server. I cant connect every Samba server with the master. Traffic, speed, what is if the main server dies?, ...

If i use the Network Edition of Zimbra is there a way to do this?

Solved

The LDAP root password for master and the replicas must be set to the same value then it works (all other passwords are automatically set tho the same value -.-).
