Default Prohibit sending external mail.

I was asked to clarify the possibility of following features: separate users through the COS, for those who can send mail to the outside and those who can only send within the domain (or a specified list of addresses). This can be solved independently?

There is no option in the Admin UI, the only method currently is via the commands in the wiki article.
