Default [SOLVED] Network card problem - please help

Hello,

My zimbra server isn working anymore.

It is not zimbra (I think)

I can ping from zimbra to other PC, but other pc's cannot ping to zimbra.
So I suppose my network card is broken.
Ok.

Now I have a second card installed.

I setup the IP to the IP of the zimbra server, and set up the IP of the broken onboard card to another.

But now it always try to use teh onboard nic to ping !!

What am I doing wrong here? Please help !!

Yes certainly not a Zimbra issue If you are able to ping in one direction then I would not have thought you have a broken NIC. Have you enabled IPtables by any chance ? from a remote PC are you able to telnet to port 25 on your Zimbra server ?
