Default ZCS NE + Samba -> smbpasswd 'user' change password problem

Hi,

Next thing to work on

/opt/samba-3.0.34/bin/smbpasswd smbuser
New SMB password:
Retype new SMB password:
ldapsam_modify_entry: LDAP Password could not be changed for user smbuser: Insufficient access

Failed to modify entry for user smbuser.
Failed to modify password entry for user smbuser

and here is what I have in zimbra.log file:

Jan 10 13:54:00 mail slapd[22065]: conn=606569 op=7 MOD dn="uid=smbuser,ou=people,dc=XXX,dc=pl"
Jan 10 13:54:00 mail slapd[22065]: conn=606569 op=7 MOD attr=sambaPwdLastSet sambaPwdLastSet

Jan 10 13:54:00 mail slapd[22065]: conn=606569 op=8 SEARCH RESULT tag=101 err=0 nentries=1 text=
Jan 10 13:54:00 mail slapd[22065]: conn=606569 op=9 EXT oid=1.3.6.1.4.1.4203.1.11.1
Jan 10 13:54:00 mail slapd[22065]: conn=606569 op=9 PASSMOD id="uid=smbuser,ou=people,dc=XXX,dc=pl" new
Jan 10 13:54:00 mail slapd[22065]: conn=606569 op=9 RESULT oid= err=50 text=

Looks like LDAP is trying to use extension to modify password and it fails.. Setting ldap password sync to No helps a little bit - means I can change LN/NT Passwords of course userPassword is kept unchanged.

Thanks,
M.
