About Samba Zimlet

Hello All,

Please note that zimbra_samba zimlet is not working properly in Internet Explorer.

When you deploy it in the admin ui, posix and samba zimlets disappear without any reason.

It would help if you gave some better description of what the problem actually is and which version of Zimbra you're using? What about Firefox, does it occur with that? Have you followed the instructions in the wiki for setting up Samba on the Zimbra server? Do you see any errors in the log files?

btw, The logs don't show any error when I deploy both zimlets.

I have the same issue. This bug has been present since ZCS 6.0 I believe.

I guess you'll be pleased to know someone filed a bug report & Product Portal for it's inclusion in an upcoming release.
