I am trying to do the user level backup/restore of mailbox on zimbra. For that I want to know my zimbraCOSId..

What is zimbraCOSId?

How May I know my zimbraCOSId ?

The zimbraCOSId is the id of the Class of Service (COS).

For a user account the zimbraCOSId refers to the COS which the user belongs to.

run this command as zimbra user

zmprov ga user@domain | grep zimbraCOSId

Then they are using the default COS.

and you can get the cosid of the default cos by doing

zmprov gc default | grep zimbraId
