from 5.18 to 5.21

Hi all,
I am running with 5.18 and want to update it to 5.21.
I am 700 users and with mail data about 300 GB. Can any one let me know about the time it will take, on testing it did not take alot of time, about on production with these stats how much time will it take???
Secondly, any one tried from 5.18 to 5.21 or from 5.18 to 6.03/6.04? what are the recommendations???
