Default Junk mail

A sender sent an email to a recipient. When recipient replied the email, it went into the sender's Junk box.

Why it happen? What should i do and which log file should i check?

Look at the mail headers, you can do that by right-clicking on the message and then Show Headers. You should also hit the Not Junk button when the email is in the Junk folder to train the filters. I'd suggest you search the forums and wiki for details on how to use and improve the ant-spam system.

u can't, the spammers pretending to be from the same domain, will have a clean entry.
