Prevent users from deleting emails

Hi,

I want to disable the delete feature in Zimbra.

To be more precise, We do not want users to be able to delete any email (even if it is a spam email). As a company policy, we do want to retain all emails.

Is there a way we can achieve this?

Please let me know. I am using ZCS 6.0.4 on RHEL 5.

Instead of removing the delete option you should look to a archiving solution. Search the forums for archive, ZAD and mailarchiva.
