Did you set-up a Split Domain for the servers? If you didn't do that, how are the servers set-up 'in the same domain'? There should be no reason why you can't send mail to the other server if there are DNS records pointing to it.

Do you mean that you wish the GAL, within Zimbra, to be populated from the Domino directory ?

    Finally I succeeded
    .

    This is what I did.

    192.168.0.70 is my zimbra server

Correct settings in zimbra for lotus domino

    LDAP filter- (|(mail=*%s*)(cn=*%s*)(sn=%s*)(gn=%s*))

Autocomplete filter: (leave this filed blank)

    LDAP search base- O=EXAMPLE

    Bind DN - lotus_username
    bind password- mypassword

    then,

    zmgsautil createAccount -a galsync@example.com -n ExternalGAL --domain example.com -s 192.168.0.70 -t ldap -f _ExternalGAL

    /opt/zimbra/bin/zmgsautil forceSync -a galsync@example.com -n ExternalGAL

add a cronjob with crontab -e

    */15 * * * * su - zimbra -c '/opt/zimbra/bin/zmgsautil forceSync -a galsync@example.com -n ExternalGAL '

[QUOTE=kunsou;282780]Is it a syn to both ldap?

    GAL Mode is both

for LDAP search base, you will have to find O?

to find 0, you can use ldapsearch command to lotus domino server from your zimbra server.

    something like these?

192.168.0.99 is my lotus domino server
    192.168.0.70 is my zimbra server

first check if ldap is listening or not with this command from zimbra server ?

    telnet 192.168.0.99 389

then, run these commands from zimbra server

    ldapsearch -x -h 192.168.0.99 "(cn=lotususer*)"

you can find 0 with this.

    example

    dn: CN=lotususer,O=EXAMPLE

in this case, O is EXAMPLE

so , LDAP search base- O=EXAMPLE

    ldapsearch -x -h 192.168.0.99 "objectClass=*" mail cn sn givenname |grep lotususer

    ldapsearch -x -h 192.168.0.99 "objectClass=*" mail cn sn givenname |grep admin

    ldapsearch -x -h 192.168.0.99 ( this will give a HUGE OUTPUT)

Q how to handle the esisting domino.internal group?
It show warong address.with undrscore need.inpit all.ineteret address ?in domino?

    I do NOT understand this.

Addreess it shows a buildin ldap internet address with underscore

So user will misunderstand it is a valid grp
