Disable Keyboard Shortcuts Globally

Is there a way to globally disable the keyboard shortcuts for the webmail app?

you can disable it at the CoS level under the features tab which will apply to all users in that cos. i think thats as global as you can go

I'm on 6.0.1_GA_1816 and I don't see that option.

Ok, it's under preferences, but that doesn't change existing accounts. Is there a way to do this?
