Incoming Mail Converted to TEXT only from HTML

Hi All

I have a problem where all mail is getting converted to TEXT format. This is really starting to bother allot of the users.

The messages, for example - an email would have have columns of numbers and it would get reformatted into one column.

No colors are displayed, no fonts, etc....

Sending out as HTML works from Web Interface and MS-Outlook 2007.

Displays in Text only from with-in the Web Interface and MS-Outlook 2007.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had an similar issue where the user had AVG anti-virus installed and was certifying outbound mail. When we stopped the certification, the email was received as html once again.
