Unhappy How can I get back my 5.x-style Daily Mail Report?

I upgraded to 6.0.4 last night (from 5.0.16). The upgrade did not go well (zmmailboxctld would not start at all), and I had to install it a second time. This is the first time I have had any trouble upgrading Zimbra.

Anyway, everything seems to be running, but I just got my first daily mail report. For one thing, it use to come at 1 AM. This one arrived at 11 PM. I think I can change it back via zimbra's crontab, though.

Second, the old report was simple and useful. It showed a list of recipients and senders. I could quickly scan over it, and make sure there wasn't anything unusual.

This one was several hundred lines long. It contained information every single rejected message, which over the course of 24 hours is in the tens of thousands.

I don't care about rejects. This message is overkill this way. (It's like the "Service Started" messages — without a "Service Stopped" — that I finally deleted immediately with a filter, because I got so many and they aren't telling me anything useful.)

How can I return the Daily Mail Report to the previous, simple format?

If I can't fix it, then I guess I'll just disable this message, as well.

Looks like there's no going back.. Bug 38446 – replacement for zmdailyreport

You could just comment out the cron job if you don't want to receive the new one.

Wow, that stinks. This new report has waaay too much information for a daily email. Unless, I suppose, your full-time job is managing the email servers.

*sigh*
